Kevin keeps a finger on the pulse of our customers and a close eye on ever-evolving technologies and trends which can best serve their needs. He also oversees day-to-day operations and is production director. Prior to establishing LIGHTGROUP in 2001, he spent 4 years as director of productions & broadcasts for a major non-profit organization and 15 years in radio & television (on-air and management). Kevin lives in Broomfield, Colorado and is married to Kimberle. They have six children and 2 granddaughters.
Gil Barkey

Gil brings nearly 20 years of production and editing experience into the remarkable blend of talent at LIGHTGROUP. As VP of Creative, Gil works closely with clients to ensure each project is engaging and hits its messaging target. Away from the studio you’ll most likely find Gil on the soccer field – either coaching a youth team or as a “weekend warrior”. Gil lives in Parker, Colorado with his wife Becky and their two daughters.
